Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hydeaway Shop ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are the materials used in your products eco-friendly?
We prioritize sustainability by sourcing FSC-certified wood and recycled textiles whenever possible. Specific material details can be found on each individual product page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be changed.
